Earnest Money (Bid Security) must be provided as per the amounts listed for each package, and original documents must reach the office before the deadline. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and not be blacklisted. The last date and time for submission of e-bids is 24.8.2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day. Bids must be submitted via the E-PADE System, and the venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Dir Upper.
