Contractors must be enlisted with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category and specialization code. Original PEC license must be produced. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated DNIT cost is required via 1-link or online bank transfer through PSID generated on Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal before the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. The last date for submission is 14.10.2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
