Tender Description
Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara Lahore invites online bids from firms with established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capacities for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers services related to the bulk purchase and repair contracts for hospital needs. Items being procured:
- Bulk Purchase of Dialysis Items
- Retender of Bulk Purchase of Medicine, Surgical Disposable Items, and Lab Kits & Reagents
- Bulk Purchase of Dental Items & Material
- Bulk Purchase of Digital X-Ray Film
- Pre-Qualification of Vendors for Local Purchase of Medicine & Surgical Disposable Items on Day to Day Basis
- Purchase of General Store Items
- Annual Contract for Repair & Maintenance of Hospital Laundry Machines & Dryer
The scope includes supply of medical and surgical consumables, dental materials, digital X-ray films, and general store items along with repair and maintenance services for laundry machines. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money in the form of 2% CDR of the estimated price is required for each tender. The bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on the PPRA/E-Procurement website.
