Tender Description
Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites bids for the bulk procurement of lab test reagents on a rental basis along with the placement of a fully automated integrated chemistry immunoassay analyzer for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the Medical Superintendent of Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, located at F.Block, Satellite Town, Said Pur Road.

The technical scope includes supply and placement of advanced laboratory equipment and consumables to support diagnostic services at the hospital. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must be manufacturers, sole exclusive agents, or sole importers of foreign principals registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system with valid registration from relevant authorities and tax departments.
Bidders are required to submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement system by 11-08-2026 at 10:00 AM. Earnest Money up to 1% of the quoted cost must be submitted in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker’s Cheque along with the Technical Proposal. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bidders should ensure their e-bids are free from corruption or virus to avoid rejection.
Interested parties can obtain further information from the Purchase & Tender Department before the bid opening date during working hours. The bid opening will be conducted online at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders’ representatives.
A practical tip for bidders: Register early on the Punjab e-Procurement system to avoid last-minute technical issues and ensure timely submission of bids. Carefully prepare the Technical and Financial proposals with clear brand names and generic names as required to meet compliance and avoid disqualification.
