Tender Description
The Combined Military Hospital Mardan Cantt is procuring a bulk supply of PVMS, NIV/NIF medicines, disposable items, and lab kits/reagents for its medical store for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is critical to ensure uninterrupted availability of essential medicines and medical consumables in Mardan.
The technical scope includes a wide range of pharmaceutical products such as PVMS and NIV/NIF medicines, various disposable medical items, and laboratory reagents and kits. All supplied medicines must have a minimum 90% shelf life and be stamped Not for Sale / CMH Mardan Use Only. The hospital will issue supply orders as required after sanctioning the drug list. Bills will be paid by CMA according to GHQ policy, with payments potentially taking up to one and a half months.
Eligible suppliers must be registered with the Government of Pakistan and hold a valid drug license. Registration with the Income Tax Department for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax is mandatory. Suppliers should provide maximum rebate on trade prices and submit quotations in both hard copy and soft copy (USB). Failure to supply medicines on time or any discrepancies may result in blacklisting.
The submission deadline is by the end of the financial year 2026-2027, with quotations to be submitted to the Combined Military Hospital Mardan Cantt. Suppliers are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring all required certificates such as NTN, Professional Tax, Sales Tax, Drug License, Authorized Distribution Certificate, and ATL are attached.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their medicines meet the shelf life and quality standards, as any items declared unfit by the lab must be replaced without financial implication. Timely and compliant submissions with all documentation will enhance chances of contract award.
