Enlistment of Pharmacy(s) on NESPAK Panel in Karachi

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites E-bids through EPADS v2.0 from chain pharmacies registered with Income Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The purpose is enlistment on the NESPAK panel for providing medicines to its employees on a credit basis in Karachi. Items being procured: - Medicines supply by enlisted pharmacies on credit basis Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk), PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk), and NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk) websites. Bids must be prepared according to the bidding instructions and submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before the deadline of November 10, 2026, up to 11:00 A.M. A scanned copy of the original bid security of Rs. 50000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) in the form of CDR, pay order, or demand draft favoring National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) must accompany the bid. Original bid security must be submitted to the employer at the given address before the deadline, else the bid will be rejected. E-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. NESPAK reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rules 45 of PPRA, 2026.
