Business Opportunity for Establishment and Operation of Branded Sandwich Bar and Coffee Outlet at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders for a business concession at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. This opportunity is for the establishment and operation of a branded sandwich bar and coffee outlet located in the International and Domestic Departure Lounge. The license period is five years or until the finalization of outsourcing of AIIAP or until the concession premises are affected by the AIIAP Expansion Project or the Domestic Terminal becomes part of the International Terminal, whichever is earlier. Items being procured: - Establishment and Operation of Branded Sandwich Bar and Coffee Outlet in International and Domestic Departure Lounge The concession will be awarded with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Bids exceeding the reserve price of Rs. 1,525,000 per month will not be entertained. Tender forms can be obtained from the Joint Director Commercial office at AIIAP Lahore upon submission of a written request with a copy of CNIC and NTN Certificate, along with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Technical and financial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes marked accordingly and placed in one envelope specifying the subject tender. The submission box is located at the office of Airport Manager/COO, AIIAP Lahore. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the deadline in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. No late submissions will be accepted. Eligibility requires relevant experience, good reputation, sound financial background, and 80% weightage in technical evaluation. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Fake or bogus pay orders as earnest money will lead to blacklisting and forfeiture of security deposits.
