The contract period is for one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance. Items being procured: - Cafeteria services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 200-600 persons daily at NLC-ITE Dina The scope includes the supply of hygienic and quality food, maintenance of cleanliness, and provision of utensils and cutlery. The contractor must ensure the use of fresh ingredients and maintain high standards of service. The cafeteria will operate according to the institute's schedule, and the contractor is responsible for staff management and compliance with health and safety regulations. Eligible bidders must submit proof of relevant experience in running institutional cafeterias, a valid food license, and registration with FBR/ATL. Earnest Money of **PKR 15,000** in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft is required with the bid. A non-refundable tender fee of **PKR 2,000** must be deposited in the designated NLC account.
