Headquarters Logistic 12 Division Muzaffarabad invites registered ASC contractors to participate in the re-tender for the provision of services and supplies for the calendar year 2027. The procurement is specifically for the Hajira supply area and covers both food items and transport services required for operational needs in the region. Items being procured: - Meat Group Items for Hajira Sup Area: - Goat / Sheep - Chicken - Eggs (Hen) - Skins - Hired Mechanical Transport (Trk 10 Ton) for Hajira (1-100 Kms) The technical scope includes the supply of fresh meat, poultry, eggs, and skins as per the requirements of the division, ensuring quality and timely delivery to the designated supply area. The hired mechanical transport must be capable of handling loads up to 10 tons and cover distances ranging from 1 to 100 kilometers within the Hajira region. All supplies and services must comply with the standards set by the department. Eligibility is restricted to Registered ASC Contractors. Bidders must provide Earnest Money at 2% of the tender value, with a maximum cap of PKR 1,000,000, submitted via bank draft or pay order in favor of Earnest Money Acct/ HQ Log 12 Div. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33. Tender forms will be issued on 05 Nov 2026 from 0800 to 1100 hrs, and the deadline for deposit is 1130 hrs on the same day. The tender opening will take place at 1200 hrs.
