Tender Description
Civil Hospital Mithi, District Tharparkar, invites eligible bidders to submit e-Bids through the EPADS system for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes the supply of dialysis items, local purchase (L.P 15%) of drugs, medicines, surgical disposables, diet cooked with catering service, petty articles, miscellaneous items, and oxygen (lifesaving medical gas).

- Petty Articles / Other miscellaneous items
- Oxygen (lifesaving medical gas)
The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rule No.46 (2). Bidders must be active taxpayers on the FBR/ATL list and submit bids electronically via EPADS only. Tender fee is Rs. 3500/- non-refundable, and a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or CDR from the bidder's own titled account is required.
Bids must be submitted by 02-Nov-2026 sharply till 10:30 A.M. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the Office of Civil Surgeon, Civil Hospital (DHQ) Mithi. Bidders are advised to participate in person for bid discussions as per SPPRA rules.
The scope includes supply of quality, brand new items registered with DRAP, with warranty and compliance to specifications. The vendor must submit all required documents and comply with government taxes and policies. The supply order will be issued after approval and availability of funds.
