Capital Items Procurement 2026 by State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) Sialkot Zone

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Sialkot Zone, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of capital items under the contract reference P122743 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Sialkot, Punjab, with delivery and installation at Micro Plaza, Paris Road, Sialkot. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Dot Matrix Printer Epson LQ 2190 or Equivalent (3 units) - Dot Matrix Printer Epson LQ 350 or Equivalent (6 units) - Cash Count Machine (1 unit) - Cash Binding Thermal Machine (2 units) - Split Air Conditioners (Inverter Series) 1.5 ton / 18000 BTU (4 units) The scope includes supply, installation, commissioning, testing, and training of end-users for all items. Technical support and warranty services for a minimum of one year are required for all goods except the split air conditioners which require a minimum 5-year warranty. Installation of air conditioners includes provision of accessories such as 32-Amp circuit breaker, power plug, outdoor wall mount, refrigerant copper pipe, drain pipe, power cable, and ducting with accessories. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and possess valid PEC categories if applicable. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on October 5, 2026, with original bid security submitted physically at Micro Plaza, Paris Road, Sialkot before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Micro Plaza, Paris Road, Sialkot.
