Government Associate College for Women, Kotla Arab Ali Khan, Gujrat is inviting sealed tenders for the annual canteen contract for the period from 7-10-2026 to 7-10-2027. The contract is for running the college canteen and providing food and refreshments to students and staff as per the college requirements. Items being procured: - Annual contract for operation and management of the college canteen (one year) The scope includes provision of hygienic food, snacks, and beverages at reasonable rates, maintaining cleanliness and quality standards as per college policy. The successful contractor will be responsible for all canteen operations, staff, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The contract will be awarded through a two-envelope system, requiring submission of both Technical Bid and Financial Bid in separate sealed envelopes. Only those bidders who qualify technically will have their financial bids opened. Eligibility criteria include submission of a valid CDR/pay order amounting to 5 percent of the annual contract value in the name of the Principal, Government Associate College for Women, Kotla Arab Ali Khan. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The tender form can be obtained from the college office for a non-refundable fee of PKR 1000. The last date for submission of bids is 6-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of technical bids will take place in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
