LEASE: Canteen Lease Rights at Government Associate College for Women Chak No. 36 South Sargodha 2026-2027

Government Associate College for Women Chak No. 36 South Sargodha is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of the college canteen for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction is open to interested parties who wish to operate the canteen within the college premises. The process will be conducted at the college on 17 November 2026 at 9:30 AM. If no suitable bid is received, a second round will be held on 25 November 2026 at 9:30 AM, and a third on 3 December 2026 at the same time if required. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the college canteen at Government Associate College for Women Chak No. 36 South Sargodha for the year 2026-2027 (reserve price: Rs. 100000 per annum) The technical scope includes providing quality food and refreshments to students and staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with college regulations. Only women candidates are eligible to participate in the bidding process, and the canteen will be leased in the name of a woman. Bidders must submit a written application along with a copy of their CNIC and a bank draft/pay order of Rs. 10000 as earnest money in favor of the Principal, Government Associate College for Women Chak No. 36 South Sargodha. The earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after the auction. The successful bidder must comply with all college rules and regulations. The lease can be canceled in case of non-compliance or unsatisfactory performance. The canteen rent must be paid in advance as per the approved rate, and the lessee is responsible for maintaining discipline and cleanliness. The decision of the college administration will be final in all matters related to the lease.
