Canteen Operation Contract for 2026-2027

Government College Women University Faisalabad is inviting sealed bids for the operation and management of its university canteen for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is specifically for eligible firms, franchise operators, food chains, restaurants, and food-service companies interested in managing the canteen services at the university located in Faisalabad. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the Active Taxpayers List, sales tax registration where applicable, and at least three years of verifiable experience operating a canteen or institutional food services. The estimated contract value is bold PKR 7,500,000. Each bid must include an interest-free bid security of bold PKR 375,000 (5%) in the form of a CDR or bank draft from a scheduled bank in favor of the Treasurer, GCWUF. Technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the Committee Room of GCWUF. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Late, conditional, incomplete bids, or bids without the required bid security will be rejected. The university reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 if deemed appropriate.
