Procurement of Furniture, IT Equipment, and Electrical Appliances for Office

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Kot Addu, invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on Punjab e-procurement systems. The procurement will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding method under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, in accordance with applicable procurement rules. Items being procured: - Procurement of Furniture & Fixtures for Office (Rs. 795,000) - Procurement of IT Equipment for Office (Rs. 1,650,000) - Procurement of Electrical Appliances for Office (Rs. 1,600,000) The total estimated cost is Rs. 4,045,000. Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to 2.0% of the estimated procurement value electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding documents are immediately available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA websites after publication. The technical proposals will be opened at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Kot Addu. Taxes and stamp duty will be deducted as per government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) shall apply throughout the process. The bidding document can be downloaded from the PPRA website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/view/Tender.aspx). The last date for submission of bids is 08.10.2026 till 11:00 AM, and the opening of bids will be on the same day at 11:30 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. In case of a holiday or non-working day, the next working day will be treated as the deadline. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System to avoid disqualification. Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee must be submitted electronically as per the prescribed rules.
