Procurement of Cargo Vehicle Scanner for JIAP Karachi and Qty.03 Hold Baggage CT Scanning Machines for PAA Airports

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of advanced security and scanning equipment for its airport operations, specifically at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) Karachi and other PAA-managed airports. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the security infrastructure and operational efficiency at key aviation facilities. Items being procured: - Cargo Vehicle Scanner for JIAP Karachi (I/T No. HQPAA/1992/372/XXLN) - Qty.03 Hold Baggage CT Scanning Machines for PAA Airports (I/T No. HQPAA/1992/371/XXLN) The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of a high-capacity cargo vehicle scanner at JIAP Karachi, designed to screen large vehicles and cargo efficiently. Additionally, three state-of-the-art Hold Baggage CT Scanning Machines are required for deployment at various PAA airports, ensuring compliance with international aviation security standards. Bidders must ensure that all equipment meets the latest regulatory and technical specifications for airport security screening. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying, installing, and maintaining similar security equipment at major airports will be considered an advantage. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR is required as per the tender documents. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the designated office by the deadline of 29-09-2026, 1100 Hrs for the cargo scanner, and 01-10-2026, 1100 Hrs for the baggage scanners. Bid opening will take place at the Log. Center (S), Log. ANS Branch, as per the schedule.
