Carriage and Erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and Stringing of HT Line with Transformer Installation under Various Divisions of FESCO Faisalabad

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through E-PADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the platform for multiple tenders involving carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles and stringing of HT lines with installation of transformers under various divisions within Faisalabad. The tenders cover work under Jhang-I Division, Jhang-II Division, Sultan Bahoo Division, Toba Tek Singh Division including Kamalia and Gojra Divisions. Items being procured: - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet from Designated & Non-Designated PC Pole Plants as per PEPCO/WAPDA specifications for HT/LT deposit & emergency works under Jhang-I Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet under Jhang-II Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet under Sultan Bahoo Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey/Dog/Rabbit Conductor & Installation of Transformer (200 KVA, 100 KVA, 50 KVA, 25 KVA, 15 KVA and 10 KVA) & Stay Rods, Carriage/erection/foundation of HT/LT Structure for Maintenance and Deposit Works under Jhang-I, Jhang-II, Sultan Bahoo Divisions - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles under Toba Tek Singh Division including Kamalia and Gojra Divisions - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey/Dog/Rabbit Conductor & Installation of Transformer and related works under Toba Tek Singh Division including Kamalia and Gojra Divisions The scope includes carriage, erection, foundation works, stringing of conductors, installation of transformers of various capacities, and maintenance and deposit works as per PEPCO/WAPDA specifications. The work is to be completed within 12 months. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 and above with specialization codes EE-04 & EE-05, valid PRA and FBR registration, active tax payer list (ATL) status, and experience with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs. Bidders must provide 5% performance security and 10% guarantee retention. Cash or cash equivalents equal to 20% of contract value and current contract commitments are required. Bids will be evaluated by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS v2.0 by 12:15 PM on 30 September 2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 12:45 PM. Manual submission is not allowed. Bidders are advised to register on the new version of EPADS and review detailed terms and conditions available on the official websites.
