Tender Description
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites eligible contractors registered on EPADS V2.0 to submit bids for carriage and erection of HT/LT PC spun hollow poles of various lengths along with associated electrical works across multiple districts under FESCO jurisdiction including Lalian, Chiniot, Chak Jhumra, Civil Line, Abdullahpur, Sheikhupura Road, Jaranwala, Ghulam Muhammad Abad, Nazimabad, Peoples Colony, Allama Iqbal, Samundri, Tandlianwala, Sargodha, Khushab, Bhakkar, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Mianwali, and others.
Items being procured:
- Carriage and erection of HT/LT PC spun hollow poles 31 & 36 feet from designated and non-designated PC pole plants for LT proposals
- Carriage and erection of HT/LT PC spun hollow poles 31, 36 & 45 feet for HT/LT DOP/ELR, SDGs/SAP, Village Electrification & Deposit works
- Stringing of HT/LT lines for Village Electrification, SDGs/SAP schemes & Deposit works
- Stringing, reconductoring, shifting of HT lines, relocation, new transformer installation, dismantlement of poles/structures, transformers & HT lines
- Carriage, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundations and back filling of HT/LT steel structures 31, 36, 45 & 58 feet
- Execution of external electrification of housing schemes in Sargodha
The scope covers extensive electrical infrastructure works including pole erection, line stringing, transformer installation, and related civil works across FESCO operational areas. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05, hold valid PRA and FBR registrations, and demonstrate relevant experience with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs contracts. A bid security of 2% of the tender amount is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS V2.0 by **September 24, 2026 at 12:15 PM**, with opening at 12:45 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted.
