Carriage & Erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and Stringing of HT Line with Transformer Installation in Jhang and Toba Tek Singh Divisions

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids through EPADS V2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS V2.0 for carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles and stringing of HT lines with transformer installation under various divisions of Jhang and Toba Tek Singh Circles. Items being procured: - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles 31, 36, & 45 feet from designated & non-designated PC pole plants as per PEPCO/WAPDA specifications for HT/LT deposit & emergency works under Jhang-I Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles 31, 36, & 45 feet under Jhang-II Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles 31, 36, & 45 feet under Sultan Bahoo Division - Stringing of HT line with ACSR Osprey/Dog/Rabbit conductor & installation of transformers (200 KVA, 100 KVA, 50 KVA, 25 KVA, 15 KVA, 10 KVA) & stay rods, carriage/erection/foundation of HT/LT structure (LT 31', HT 36', HT 45' & HT 58') for maintenance and deposit works under Jhang-I, Jhang-II, Sultan Bahoo, Kamalia, Gojra, and Toba Tek Singh Divisions The technical scope includes carriage, erection, stringing, and installation of transformers and stay rods as per PEPCO/WAPDA standards. The work is to be completed within 12 months. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization codes EE-04 & EE-05 for the year 2025-26, active tax payer list (ATL) status, valid PRA and FBR registration, and experience with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs. Earnest money of 2% of tender amount is required in the form of bid security. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS V2.0 by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:15 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:45 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to register on the EPADS portal and review the e-bidding documents carefully. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration and specialization codes are up to date and that you have valid ATL and PRA documentation before bidding to avoid disqualification.
