Contractors enlisted with MES in category 'E' with a minimum limit of Rs. 75,000/- are eligible to apply. Contractors enlisted with other departments such as Central/Provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, PWR, WAPDA etc. may also apply if approved for contracts of Rs. 4,000,000/- and above, providing proof of enlistment, list of executed works, assets, tools, and other relevant information. Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit 2% earnest money in the Government Treasury or Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of AGE (Air) Qadri (Skardu). The earnest money will be refunded if the tender is not accepted and all documents are returned. Tenderers must submit applications by **29-09-2026**. Tenders will be received by the accepting officer by 1150 hours on **29-09-2026** and opened at 1200 hours the same day at the office of AGE (Air) Qadri (Skardu). Copies of contract conditions, schedules, and MES Schedule of Rates 2025 are available for inspection at the AGE (Air) Qadri office during working hours.
