Tender Description
Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital Rahim Yar Khan is inviting bids for Catering and Event Management Services along with Food Items for the 19th Annual Sports and Athletic Championship 2026. This procurement is specifically for the Financial Year 2026-27 and is aimed at qualified manufacturers, associations of firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, and joint ventures registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments.

The scope includes comprehensive catering and event management services for the championship event hosted at Sheikh Zayed Medical College, Rahim Yar Khan. Bidders must ensure free delivery of services and items to the consignee's end in Pakistan Rupees. The tender requires a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Principal, Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan. Original CDR must be submitted on the opening date or the bid will be rejected.
