Bidders must provide a proforma invoice and a valid source of supply for each feed ingredient. The supply must be completed within the stipulated time frame, and all items are subject to quality inspection upon delivery. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money, equivalent to 2% of the total bid value, in favor of DG RV&F. Suppliers must also provide a bank statement as proof of financial capability and a list of contracts executed during the last five years, including value and completion status.
