Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of 150 cell phones for line staff at the Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) Regional Store in Hyderabad, Sindh. The procurement falls under the Electronics & Appliances category and is planned for the financial year 2025-26. HESCO requires Samsung or equivalent internationally recognized brands with specific technical specifications including octa-core CPU, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage expandable to 512GB, 50MP+5MP+2MP rear camera, 13MP front camera, and a 5000 mAh battery. Bid security of PKR 200,000 is required, payable in PKR via bank guarantee, cash deposit receipt, or pay order. Inspection will be conducted by HESCO inspectors at the supplier's premises and upon delivery. The supplier must provide an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certificate and submit a sample phone with the bid.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC categories and maintain active FBR registration for the fiscal year 2025-26. The bid validity period is 120 days. Payment will be made in PKR within 30 days of invoice submission and acceptance, subject to all required documentation including inspection certificates and warranty. The warranty period is 12 months from delivery completion, with the supplier responsible for repair or replacement of defective goods within 45 days of notification.
