Tender Description
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites E-Bids through E-PADS version 2.0 along with sealed bids under single stage two envelope procedure (Technical & Financial bids separately) from qualified Mobile Service Providers. The procurement is for the provision of cellular services and 4G LTE / 5G wireless data services in LESCO jurisdiction covering Lahore, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Kasur, Pattoki, Okara, and Depalpur districts. This tender is specifically for post-paid tariff services for LESCO employees.
Items being procured:
- Lot 1: Cellular Services to LESCO, approximately 4,000 connections
- Lot 2: 4G LTE / 5G Wireless Data Service, approximately 600 connections
The technical scope includes providing reliable cellular and wireless data connectivity across the specified districts under LESCO’s service areas. Bidders must ensure seamless coverage and quality service for the employees of LESCO. The tender requires submission of original bid security as per tender documents. E-bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and ATL, relevant experience in providing cellular and wireless data services, and compliance with all tender requirements. Bidders must submit their bids through E-PADS version 2.0 and ensure the original bid security reaches the office of the Director General (Admn), LESCO HQ, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore by the closing date.
The submission deadline is 23rd July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16th July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of DG (Admn). Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid security requirements and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of technical and financial bids in compliance with the tender documents will enhance chances of success.
