Outsourcing of Human Resource and Provision of Radio Links (1SM Band) Managed Service for National Telecommunication Corporation

National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Islamabad invites electronic bids from suppliers, contractors, and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments with relevant experience for provision of the following services: Items being procured: - Outsourcing of Human Resource for Provision of Various Administrative Services to NTC for a Period of One (01) Year - Provision of Radio Links (1SM Band) Throughout Pakistan on Managed Service for NTC for a Period of Three (03) Years E-bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before the bid closing date and time as specified: 11-11-2026 at 1100 Hrs for Human Resource outsourcing and 12-11-2026 at 1100 Hrs for Radio Links service. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs. This procurement requires bidders to be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in the respective fields. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements are as per Public Procurement Rules 2026. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is available on EPADS v2.0 for any complaints.
