Tender Description
The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit electronic bids for the provision of Cement Paving Block Flooring Road from Mirpurkhas Road to Teen Tilwar Chowk in Umerkot. This procurement is under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules, 2010 (amended).

The project involves the construction of a durable cement paving block road, ensuring quality materials and workmanship over a 12-month completion period. The site is located in Umerkot city, Sindh province, and the work is to be executed under the supervision of the Municipal Committee Umerkot.
Eligibility criteria include valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for 2026-27, active NTN and ATL registration, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost.
