Infrastructure Works of Off-Dock Terminal at Gwadar

The Gwadar Port Authority (GPA) invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the execution and completion of the Infrastructure Works of Off-Dock Terminal at Gwadar. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 under Procurement Reference No. P150651. Items being procured: - Infrastructure Works of Off-Dock Terminal at Gwadar The procurement follows the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and regulatory guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must provide bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Acceptable forms include Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft.
