Hiring of Chartered Accountant Firm Services for Audit of the Years 2024-25, 2025-26 & 2026-27

Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), under the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites bids for the hiring of Chartered Accountant firm services for auditing the accounts of SEF for the financial years 2024-25, 2025-26, and 2026-27. Items being procured: - Chartered Accountant Firm Services for Audit of the Years 2024-25, 2025-26 & 2026-27 The scope includes providing assurance services on the accounts of Sindh Education Foundation as detailed in the Request for Proposal available on SEF and SPPRA (EPAD) websites. The firm must have its office located in Karachi and meet eligibility criteria including being on the Panel A & B of auditors maintained by the State Bank of Pakistan, having at least 10 years of experience in external audits of Non-Profit Organizations, Government Organizations, Autonomous Bodies, or Semi-Autonomous Bodies. The firm must also submit an affidavit on a 100-rupees stamp indicating it is not blacklisted, be registered with relevant tax authorities like FBR and SRB, and have a minimum annual financial turnover of 10 million PKR. Bidding documents can be obtained from 27th July 2026 till 18th August 2026 and downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk and www.sef.org.pk. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000 must be enclosed with the bid. A pay order of 3% bid security of the total bid price quoted is also required in favor of Sindh Education Foundation. The last date for submission is 18th August 2026 at 12:00 PM at SEF Head Office, Karachi. Bids must be submitted on EPADS (SPPRA website) by e-procurement only.
