Supply of Chemicals, Standards, Reagents and Consumables for Provincial Food Testing Laboratory and Center for Research (Framework Contract)

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority in Peshawar is inviting e-bids from eligible firms, companies, authorized agents, and distributors for the supply of chemicals, standards, reagents, and consumables for the Provincial Food Testing Laboratory and Center for Research (PFTLCR) under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the KP-EProcurement Acquisition and Disposal System (KP-EPADS) using the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Chemicals, Solvents, Reagents & Laboratory Consumables (Framework Contract) - Lot 2: Reference Standards, CRMs, Kits & Culture Media (Framework Contract) - Lot 3: Supporting Equipment, Spares & Analytical Gases (Call-off Framework Contract for Analytical Gases and One time purchase contract for Equipment) The technical scope covers a wide range of laboratory chemicals, solvents, reagents, consumables, reference standards, certified reference materials (CRMs), kits, culture media, supporting equipment, spares, and analytical gases required for food safety testing and research. Bidders must ensure that all items supplied meet the technical specifications and quality standards outlined in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered for Income Tax, Sales Tax with FBR, and Provincial Sales Tax with KPRA. Bidders must submit original bid security amounting to 2% of the total offered cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft in favor of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority. E-bids must be submitted via KP-EPADS by 01:00 PM on 25th August 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 02:00 PM the same day at the Conference Room of the Authority.
