Tender Description
The Central Police Office Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of fuels and fuel additives and lubricants and anti corrosive materials.
Items being procured:
- Fuels and Fuel Additives and Lubricants and Anti corrosive Materials (Total Item(s) Count: 1)
Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requires bidders to have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity, each worth at least PKR 1,000,000 in the previous 3 years, with presence in the Active Tax Payer List and valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of a deposit. The bidder must provide dry firewood samples with long-lasting flame on the day of tender opening for technical evaluation. Work orders and completion certificates from government departments are required; semi-government and NGO work orders are not acceptable.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 1,000 tender fee. The last date for submission is 07 October 2026 by 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
