Supply of Miscellaneous Gases

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with Sales Tax Department having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities on Islamabad basis. The procurement is for miscellaneous gases required by the department. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Gases Detailed specifications along with terms and conditions can be obtained by making a written request on firm's letterhead along with a bank draft or pay order of Rs. 2000 in favor of Director Finance, P.O Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. Tender or quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value inclusive of GST in favor of Director Finance, P.O Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who have failed to supply stores against previous orders. The responsibility for postal delays lies with the tenderer. Envelopes must be super-scribed with tender number and due date. Late tenders will not be entertained. Tender validity must be at least 60 days from the date of opening. Tenders with cutting or overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage. Tender documents can be dispatched against request and bank draft through dak, fax, or email. The original bank draft must be received one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.
