Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) is procuring services for hiring a Retainer Chemist Shop to provide medicines at discount on all patient medicines registered in the Red Book latest edition specifically for the Kandhkot Larkana region. This procurement is aimed at supporting the medical needs of SSGC executives and their families, including spouses, children, and parents, ensuring uninterrupted supply of prescribed medicines. The scope includes providing medicines prescribed by Retainer Doctors on printed prescriptions, maintaining cold chain segments for temperature control, cleanliness of the chemist shop, electrical equipment maintenance, and space for furniture and fixtures. The contract is for one year with possible renewal for two more years based on satisfactory performance. The chemist must supply medicines in smallest market packing, maintain ample stocks, and hold a valid drug license prominently displayed. Eligibility requires suppliers to be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and provide documentary evidence such as valid drug license, bank certificates, NTN, and telephone number. The bid must include a fixed bid bond of Rs. 10,000 and a performance bond of Rs. 25,000.
