The procurement will be conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended 2019) using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be registered entities with valid NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, not blacklisted, and have at least three years of relevant experience with a minimum annual turnover as specified in the bidding documents.
