Tender Description
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) is procuring services for a Chemist to provide discounts on all patient medicines registered in the Red Book latest edition for the Pir Jo Goth region in Sukkur. This procurement is specific to the medical services department of SSGC and focuses on supplying medicines to company executives and subordinate staff along with their family members. The scope includes providing medicines prescribed by retainer doctors on printed prescriptions, maintaining cold chain segments for temperature control, ensuring cleanliness of the chemist shop, electrical equipment maintenance, and providing space with furniture and fixtures for the chemist shop.
The contract is for one year with possible renewal for two additional years based on satisfactory performance. The contractor must supply medicines without credit extension to employees and must not dispense expired or unapproved medicines. A valid drug license is mandatory, and the contractor must submit monthly bills as prescribed by the medical services department. The contract will be awarded on a lot-wise package basis with evaluation criteria including valid drug license, banker's certificate, NTN, cold chain maintenance, and staff details.
Bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and comply with all tender terms including submission of a fixed bid bond of Rs. 10,000 and a performance bond of Rs. 25,000. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes via the EPADS portal by 30th April 2026 at 12:30 PM. The bids will be publicly opened online at 1:00 PM the same day. The bid validity period is 150 days, and the contract will be governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents.
