Tender Description
The Forest Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Directorate of Non-Timber Forest Products, invites eligible contractors and firms to participate in the procurement of Chilghoza Cone Collection Kits under the ADP project titled Diversifying Livelihood Opportunities Through Value Chain Development of High Values Chilghoza Pine Forest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This opportunity is based in Peshawar and is being conducted via the official E-PADS system in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014.
Items being procured:
- Chilghoza Cone Collection Kits (2093 Nos)
The technical scope involves the supply of high-quality collection kits as per the specifications provided in the bid solicitation documents. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the kits as per the work order issued by the department. All bidders must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with an active NTN. Sufficient experience in manufacturing, import, or authorized dealership of the required items is mandatory.
Earnest money at 2% of the call deposit (in original) must be attached with the tender documents, and a stamp duty of **PKR 18,750** should be deposited separately as per government rules. The tender documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (https://eprocure.gov.pk/) after the publishing of the NIT. Sealed bids, along with the tender form fee of **PKR 1,500**, must be submitted via registered mail or courier to the undersigned by **03/09/2026 at 11:00 am**. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of authorized representatives. Incomplete or late bids will not be entertained.
A practical tip: Ensure all required registrations (EPADS, KPRA, FBR) are up to date and that the earnest money and stamp duty are attached in the correct form to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
