Provision and Installation of City Branding Arrangements for Pakistan Gazette Days and VIP Events

The Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad, Directorate of Municipal Administration, invites qualified suppliers and contractors for a rate running contract/framework agreement for the provision and installation of city branding arrangements. These arrangements are required on Pakistan Gazette days such as Kashmir Solidarity Day, Pakistan Day Parade, 14th August, Defence Day, Black Day, and for visits of Head of State/VVIP delegations, as well as VIP events of CDA/MCI. The contract duration is one year. Items being procured: - City Branding Arrangements for Kashmir Solidarity Day - Pakistan Day Parade - 14th August - Defence Day - Black Day - Head of State/VVIP Delegations visits - VIP events of CDA/MCI The technical scope includes the design, supply, installation, and removal of branding materials at various city locations in Islamabad as per directives from the PM Office, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, CDA, and other authorities. The contractor must ensure high-quality materials and timely execution for all events throughout the contract period. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar city branding or event management contracts is essential. Earnest Money and CDR must be submitted as per tender documents. The contract will be awarded based on technical and financial evaluation.
