Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for civil construction works related to electrical infrastructure across multiple divisions. The tenders cover safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing, and back filling of HT steel structures and PCC spun poles of various heights. Contractors must be registered with PEC for the year 2026-27 with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05. Firms must also be registered with PRA/FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidders are required to upload documentary evidence of relevant experience, satisfactory performance certificates from DISCOs, and submit bids through EPADS V2.0. An original bid security of Rs.100,000/- in the form of valid CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee must be submitted to the Project Director Construction Circle LESCO at 132 KV Grid Station F-Block LDA Avenue-I Lahore before the bid submission deadline. A 10% performance security of the tender amount will be required from the successful bidder. The tender closing date is 28th October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM on the same day via EPADS V2.0.
