Illumination of Plantation at Entry / Exit Roads and Car Parking for Beautification at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of civil and electrical works titled 'Illumination of Plantation at Entry / Exit Roads and Car Parking for Beautification at AIIAP Lahore'. This project involves comprehensive electrical and civil works to enhance the aesthetic and functional lighting of the airport's plantation areas, entry and exit roads, and car parking facilities in Lahore. Items being procured: - Wiring for sub-main with 2 core 1.5 mm² stranded copper cable with ECC wire in uPVC conduit - Wiring for sub-main with 2 core 2.5 mm² stranded copper cable with ECC wire in uPVC conduit - Providing and laying 4 core cables of 4 mm², 6 mm², 10 mm², and 25 mm² PVC insulated and sheathed cables in uPVC conduits - Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of 30W, 50W, and 100W IP67 LED lights in various colors with concrete foundations and protective cages - Providing and fixing circuit breakers, waterproof outdoor rope lights, compact water proof distribution boards with MCCBs, MCBs, magnetic contactors, photo-electric switches, and selector switches - Slot cutting and repairing of floors for cable laying - Supply and installation of metallic double armed waterproof LED garden light poles with concrete foundations The technical scope includes installation of high-quality LED lighting fixtures with power ratings of 30W±10W, 50W±10W, and 100W±10W, system efficacy of 130 lm/W or above, built-in surge protection of 8 kV or above, burning hours of 50,000 hrs or more, and IK rating of IK-08 or better. All materials and workmanship must comply with the specifications and standards set by PAA and relevant authorities. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC in category C-4 or above with specialization code EE-04, active taxpayer status, and compliance with all legal and technical requirements. Joint ventures are allowed with up to 3 members. Bid security of PKR 2,000,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM.
