Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2026-27. The procurement is for various civil works projects in Faisalabad and surrounding areas under a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis using a single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Contractors must have PEC registration with specialization code C-06 and category CE-10. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and provide income tax returns for the last three years. Experience of at least two similar contracts with certificates is required. Bid security and earnest money must be submitted as per the tender requirements. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 by 20.10.2026 up to 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon. Tender documents are available on the E-PADS portal and FESCO website. All bids must be accompanied by bid security valid for 140 days. Partial or incomplete bids will be rejected.
