Provision of Kitchen and Improvement of Deputy DG APS Offices at HQPAA, JIAP Karachi

Bidders must be registered with PEC and FBR, submit a valid professional tax certificate for 2026-27, and provide undertakings regarding non-performance and blacklisting. The contract will be awarded using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The contract includes preparation of structural design and drawings by the contractor, compliance with all applicable laws, and adherence to the PAA HSE Manual.
