Civil Works for PHE Sub Division Swabi and PHE Sub Division Lahor

Public Health Engineering Division Swabi, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting electronic bids from eligible contractors for civil works under two schemes. The department is seeking experienced firms to execute the following projects: - PHE Sub Division Swabi (Sub Head: Civil works) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 11 Million) - PHE Sub Division Lahor (Sub Head: Civil works) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 11 Million) Both schemes require comprehensive civil works as per the technical specifications and standards set by the department. The works will be executed at the respective sub division locations, and contractors must ensure quality materials and timely completion. Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and code (CE-09 and CE-10), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status, and the Provincial Enlistment Committee. Interested bidders must register themselves on the EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and submit their bids electronically. The last date for submission is 24-08-2026, and bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of authorized representatives. Earnest money of Rs. 0.23725 Million per scheme is required, along with a non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit. All bid securities and additional securities must comply with KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O.(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022.
