Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) invites bids for civil works under the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP) Pilot Phase-II. This procurement is aimed at improving rural infrastructure in various villages across Punjab, focusing on sustainable water supply and sanitation. Items being procured: - Civil Works under PRSWSSP, Tehsil Liaqatpur, Cluster South-II (Liaqatpur-13) (CW-11) - Civil Works under PRSWSSP, Tehsil Liaqatpur, Cluster South-I (Liaqatpur-24) (CW-12) - Civil Works under PRSWSSP, Tehsil Liaqatpur, Cluster South-I (Liaqatpur-20) (CW-13) - Civil Works under PRSWSSP, Tehsil Liaqatpur, Cluster South-I (Liaqatpur-09) (CW-14) - Civil Works under PRSWSSP, Tehsil Liaqatpur, Cluster South-I (Liaqatpur-08) (CW-15) - Civil Works under PRSWSSP, Tehsil Rojhan, Cluster South-I (Rojhan-12) (CW-17) - Civil Works under PRSWSSP, Tehsil Rojhan, Cluster South-I (Rojhan-11) (CW-18) - Civil Works under PRSWSSP, Tehsil Pakpattan, Cluster South-I (Pakpattan-16) (CW-21) - Civil Works under PRSWSSP, Tehsil Khairpur Tamewali, Cluster South-III (Khairpur tamewali-07) (CW-22) The scope includes comprehensive civil construction activities in multiple villages such as Chak No 08 Abbasia Jinnah Colony, Basti Toke, Basti Malik Allah, and many others. The works cover water supply infrastructure, sanitation facilities, and related civil works to enhance rural living standards. Eligible bidders must have relevant PEC registration for civil works and be registered with FBR and ATL. Experience in executing similar rural water and sanitation projects is essential. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required as per the bid security amounts specified for each package. Bids must be submitted by August 4, 2026, at 15:00 hours to the Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company office. Late bids will be rejected. Electronic bidding is not allowed. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 16, 2026, at 11:00 am at the PRMSC Conference Room, 6th Floor, KDA Plaza, MM Alam Road, Lahore.
