Distribution of Pipeline at PK-97 Packages 01 and 02 under Karak Area Development Project

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Banda Daud Shah District Karak invites sealed electronic bids for pipeline distribution works under the Karak Area Development Project (KADP fund) for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement follows a single stage single envelope procedure via the PPRA-EPADs electronic bidding system. Eligible government contractors with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C-6 or above for FY-2026-27, local council board enlistment, provincial government works department license, active FBR taxpayer status, and KPRA registration for 2026-27 are invited to participate. Items being procured: - Distribution of Pipeline at PK-97 on need basis (package-01) with an estimated cost of Rs. 20.00 Million - Distribution of Pipeline at PK-97 on need basis (package-02) with an estimated cost of Rs. 20.00 Million The scope includes pipeline distribution works at PK-97 on a need basis. Bidders must submit documentary evidence including PEC license, local council enlistment, FBR status, KPRA registration, and CNIC copies along with their bids. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost for each package, to be submitted as CDR in favor of TMO TMA Banda Daud Shah. Bids must be uploaded electronically via EPADs by 12:00 hours on 21.10.2026. Physical/hard copies signed by the contractor must also be submitted to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah by the deadline. Late submissions or manual bids will not be accepted. The tender will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours at the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer. Bidders are advised to register on the EPADs portal and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Work orders will be issued subject to release and availability of funds.
