Civil Works for Renovation and Upgradation of Newly Installed SMS Nawabshah

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for Civil Works for Renovation and Upgradation of Newly Installed SMS Nawabshah in Nawabshah, Sindh. This procurement is under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules, 2026. The scope includes comprehensive civil works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications provided by SSGC. Items being procured: - Demolishing/dismantling existing guard room including brick masonry walls, RCC columns & beams, plinth beams, coping, barbed wires, razor wire coils, MS Angle Iron, MS Gates - Excavation in all kinds of soil including rock/hard soil for foundations and wall footings - Stone soling in foundations/pits, wall footings, floors - Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 in foundations or wherever required - Earthfilling using coarse sand in layers with compaction - 2" thick damp proof course (DPC) application - Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 below and above plinth level - Supply and fixing of deformed steel reinforcement bars - 9" thick brick masonry walls - Cement concrete flooring and toe wall under CC floor perimeter - Cement sand plaster 1/2" thick on walls and columns - Matt enamel paint internal surfaces - Weather shield paint external surfaces - CC coping with broken glass pieces on boundary walls - Razor wire system on boundary walls including fabrication of Y-type frames - Plinth protection on boundary walls - Supply and fixing of MS doors, windows, louvers, gates - GI chain link fencing and MS pipe shed - Roof screeding and waterproofing - Sanitary fittings including Asian WC, pedestal wash basin, bibcock - UPVC water supply and sewerage lines - Electrical works including wiring, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, distribution boards, cables The contract requires PEC Category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10. Bidders must be active taxpayers on FBR ATL. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 228,000 in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 09 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on LCBS basis. The contract duration is six months from the date of Letter to Proceed. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract value is required. The contract includes a six-month maintenance period.
