Civil Works and Solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes in Tribal District Bajaur

Public Health Engineering Division Bajaur, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through EPADS for civil works and solarization of drinking water supply schemes in the newly merged Tribal District Bajaur. This procurement covers construction, rehabilitation, and solarization of existing water supply schemes and solar-based pressure pumps under ADP NO. 292/210601 (2022-23). The schemes are located at various sites including Qazaf Utman Khel, Dabar Salarzai, Shingar Gul Salarzai, Kohi Sar Barang, Bai China Khar, Ghundo Khar, Janat Shah Khar, Mandal Salarzai, Aman Kot-I Barang, Shinkotay Gharha W/Mamund, Kalpani W/ Mamand, Tangai Loe Mamund, Mordara-II Barang, Takht Barang, Khumar Khel Barang, Ghakhai Salarzai, Naik Banda Khar, Pajigram Arang Utmankhel, and Ghakhe L/ Mamund. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with EPADS, Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan, KP-PPRA, Pakistan Engineering Council (Category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 & EE-11 for Solar), Provincial Enlistment Committee KP, KP Revenue Authority, FBR with active NTN & STRN, and Electric Contractor License Class-E issued by the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy & Power Department KP. Earnest money as specified must be submitted in the form of call deposit receipt. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1st September 2026 at 02:00 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer. Technical bids will be opened on 8th September 2026 at 02:30 PM, while the date for financial bid opening will be communicated later. Bidders must submit/upload their bids through EPADS portal and physically submit original bid security before the deadline. Incomplete or non-responsive bids will be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
