Civil Works and Supply of Building and Paint Materials for Pakistan Railways Peshawar Division

Items being procured: - Special Repair to Bungalow No.48-B in Rest House Colony at Peshawar Cantt (Approximate Cost Rs. 498,623, Earnest Money Rs. 25,000, Completion 3 Months) - Supply / Procurement of Building Material to Inspector of Works / P.R / Peshawar for Maintenance of Residential Buildings (Approximate Cost Rs. 999,326, Earnest Money Rs. 50,000, Completion 1 Month) - Supply / Procurement of Paint Material to Assistant Engineer Bridges / P.R / Peshawar for Painting of Major / Minor Bridges, Platform Shelters, Foot Over Bridges, Turntables & Sheds (Approximate Cost Rs. 999,653, Earnest Money Rs. 50,000, Completion 1 Month) The scope includes civil repair works and supply of building and paint materials for various infrastructure and residential maintenance within the Peshawar Division. Contractors must ensure compliance with Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates-2016 (PRCSR-2016) and submit bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Original bid security must be submitted physically to the office of Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Peshawar (Works Accounts Branch) along with other required documents before the deadline.
