The work includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all materials and equipment as per specifications. Bidders must have PEC license renewal for 2026-2027 in EE-07 Technical Category & C-6 or above Financial Category collectively if JV. Active FBR and PRA registration is mandatory. Bid security of Rs. 675,000/- is required in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee excluding Summit Bank and Al-Baraka Bank. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
