Clarification Notice for NIT No. CPC/ED/KMC/98/2026 for Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Works in Lyari and Saddar Towns

This notice is a corrigendum and clarification for the previously published NIT No. CPC/ED/KMC/98/2026 dated 07.08.2026 by the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation's Engineering Department. The scope and location of Work No. 05 pertains to Lyari Town, while Work No. 14 pertains to Saddar Town. The PEC category for Work Nos. 14 and 16 was corrected from C-5 to C-6. Bid security is required as per SPPRA Rule 37(1) and shall not exceed 5% of the estimated cost. Additionally, an Integrity Pact on stamp paper of Rs. 200/- is mandatory from the successful bidder. The original opening date of 17-09-2026 has been extended to 22-09-2026. Bidders should ensure they comply with all clarifications and conditions as part of the subject NIT.
