Provision of Certain Facilities for AGE (Air) Lower Topa

The Military Engineer Service invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at AGE (Air) Lower Topa in accordance with PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and meeting all special conditions will be issued tenders. The tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026 by 1130 Hrs, with opening at 1200 Hrs the same day. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category 'C' or above is mandatory, and contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Experience with similar works and being on the approved MES list is required. Contractors may attend the opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders as per PPRA rules.
