Provision of Classroom Chairs, Revolving Chairs, Office Tables at KIWI Bannu

The Kalam Bibi International Women Institute Bannu invites sealed bids for the provision of classroom chairs, revolving chairs, and office tables at KIWI Bannu, located in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Office Tables (10 units) - Classroom Chairs (100 units) - Revolving Chairs (25 units) The office tables are specified as 4 ft length, 2.5 ft width, and 30 inch height made of venboard with hardener polish and resin coating. Classroom chairs feature one-piece moulded polypropylene seats and backs with 22 mm steel tubular frames and right-hand laminated MDF writing pads. Revolving chairs include mid-back design with built-in lumbar support, high-density foam cushions, breathable mesh backs, and 360° swivel with pneumatic height adjustment supporting up to 110 kg. Suppliers are required to conduct regular performance assessments every 3 months and replace any defective equipment at no additional cost. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above, be registered with FBR for income tax and sales tax, and meet other eligibility criteria including experience and financial capability. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Original bid security in the form of Call at Deposit must be submitted physically to the Registrar, Bannu Township before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements.
